My Social Networking

I use Facebook infrequently, but have a page and check it every week or so. I feel like I don’t use it more because I don’t really have anything earth shattering to say, and this same feeling applies to Twitter. I have said a few things but mainly I’ve watched the conversation (as much as a list of comments can be a conversation) role by. I use delicious a little mainly to watch for posts from one of my friends blog. Mainly I still use e-mail to communicate with people. This is probably mostly because of my job, which will inevitably change as people get used to new technologies.  I also use and contribute to a Wiki site at my job. I feel like I might be more apt to contribute more to social networking if I had a laptop or if my phone could connect with the internet, but as it is I’m tied to a computer all day at work, and when I come home I don’t want to spend most nights sitting at a different desk working on a computer, or maybe I just need a better chair.
