Who I plan to vote for and why.

Well, once again I find myself off topic, but if you’ll indulge me…

I voted early last Thursday for Obama. I unlike most of my fellow Texans, am a liberal and would like to think that I would remain the same even if I were rich. However, I am not voting Obama for party affiliation. It seems to me that his plans will have a direct impact on my life. From promises to help with financial aid for school to tax cuts for the middle class, which I will probably be in the whole of my life. I also believe that our country would be better served and more well respected around the world talking to our enemies as apposed to the aggressive stance of the last administration.  Finally, he seems more focused on renewable energies, and I would like to eventually end up working in a company that produces renewable energy. Cause in want to feel like I’m making a difference.
